EVERYDAY BREADS
These are the breads you can expect to find each and every day at Patisserie 46.

Our Miche                    whole/$14  half/$7  quarter/$4
A hearty old world bread made with the finest local grains from Great River Organic Milling Company in Fountain City.  A five pound loaf made with a starter that is perpetuated using the same organic wheat flour, salt and water.
Multigrain        $4
Rye and wheat flours are blended with a natural levain and sesame, flax, millet, oats, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
46th Street Sourdough                                               $4
A combination of whole wheat and sifted wheat flour, a wheat sourdough (levain), salt and water.
Pain Francese     $6
A classic on the tables in Europe,—a mild levain lends a wonderful note to this nutty, sourdough.  We add a touch of yeast for lightness, salt and water.
46 Baguette    $3.25
A combination of rye and wheat flour give this naturally leavened bread a complex, earthy tone that lends itself beautifully to cheese or just on its own.
Traditional  Baguette                                            $3.00
The classic baguette—flour, yeast, water and salt.  Started the day before with poolish (a combination of yeast, water and flour).  A flavorful, light baguette.  Classic.
